Laguna Seca 1994

Our second trip to Laguna Seca was for the 1994 Bank of America 300 PPG Indy Car World Series race at the Toyota Grand Prix of Monterey.

And they accelerate up to full speed along the straight for the start of the race.

By the end of the first lap, Tracy is already pulling away.

Nigel Mansell, who has had a disappointing season after winning the championship in 1993, takes his Kmart Texaco Havoline Newman-Haas Lola/Ford through the Corkscrew.

And this is Nigel pursuing Mauricio Gugelmin's Hollywood PacWest Reynard/Ford.
